Pleasant Mischief LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
We make games and creative work, not data businesses. This policy explains what information is involved when you visit this website or contact us, and how we handle it.
1 Who we are
This website, pleasantmischief.com, is operated by Pleasant Mischief LLC, an independent creative studio based in Portland, Oregon, USA (“Pleasant Mischief,” “we,” “us”). We are responsible for the information described in this policy.
2 This website
You can read everything on this website without creating an account or giving us any personal information.
- No cookies. This website does not set cookies.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, social-media pixels or similar tracking tools on this website.
- No third-party content. Our fonts, images and code are served from our own website, so loading a page does not send your information to font services or other outside providers.
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy.
3 When you email us
If you write to info@pleasantmischief.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence. Mail sent to our address is routed through Cloudflare’s email service to the inbox we use for the business.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information.
4 Phones at the Table
Phones at the Table is our first game and is currently in development and testing. We are completing a detailed review of how the app handles information. Before the app is released publicly, this section will describe exactly what the app collects (if anything), why, how long it is kept, and which service providers are involved.
If you take part in testing through Apple’s TestFlight, Apple may share certain information with us, such as feedback, screenshots or crash reports you choose to send. That sharing is governed by Apple’s TestFlight terms and privacy policy.
5 Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our email (as described above), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
6 Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
7 Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@pleasantmischief.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8 Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
